Continuous cast bronze is produced in stationary mold continuous casting machines, with melting occurring constantly throughout a production run. The use of continuous cast technology allows producing custom tubes, bars, squares, or flat bars. Casting of bronze products are made in a production line with 100 tons capacity per month. The smooth surfaces and homogeneous form are provided with scrutinized physical and chemical analysis.

Straightening process is provided by us for continuous casting products. The straightness that we can guarantee in accordance with European norms is 1 mm/M.

Iz-Metal produces straightened bronze bars with an outer diameter between 16 mm and 102 mm. For straightened hollow bars, outer diameters are between 30 mm and 102 mm. The standard length is 3000 mm for continuous casting products. It can change according to request of customers.
